Location. Housed in a typical early 20th century Parisian stone building, the Hotel Migny Opera Montmartre is a budget, family friendly hotel bordering Pigalle, 600 metres from the Moulin Rouge. The nearest airport is Orly 20 kilometres away, around 40 minutes by car.
Hotel Features. Migny's Bar is open round the clock, and features brasserie style decor including parquet floor, red upholstery and brass features. Drinks and snacks are available, alongside speciality wines which guests can sample at tasting sessions before ordering a box to take home. An Internet corner with high speed connection is available for guests' use.
A complimentary buffet breakfast is served on dark wood tables in the breakfast room, which is decorated in cream and terracotta tones.
Guestrooms. The Hotel Migny Op?ra Montmartre has 50 guestrooms distributed over six floors. Decorated in warm red and terracotta shades, rooms feature printed fabrics set off by contemporary light wood furnishings. All rooms have white tiled bathrooms with hair dryers, complimentary toiletries and towels. Other amenities include safes, telephones and satellite television.
Expert Tip. A block from the hotel, Place Gustave Toudouze is a picturesque and shady triangular shaped square with bustling pavement caf?s and restaurants. It is also home to one of Paris' 108 landmark Wallace fountains, introduced to the city in the late 19th century to provide drinking water to thirsty Parisians, and still in operation today.
There is no parking at the property, but two parking lots are nearby.

Getting there. The Orlyval train runs from both terminals of Orly Airport and connects with RER line B, which stops at Denfert Rochereau, St Michel, Ch?telet les Halles and Gare du Nord, with connections for the metro (around 9 EUR, one way ticket). There are plenty of taxis outside the Arrivals area which run to central Paris (around 40 EUR). ADP shuttle buses leave from both terminals. Air France coaches stop at Porte d'Orl?ans, Gare Montparnasse, Duroc and Invalides (around 8 EUR one way, 13 EUR return). The hotel can also organise a shuttle service on request (surcharge).
Driving directions: From the airport, follow signs for Paris on the A106 and A6, then take the Porte d'Orl?ans exit and follow signs for Porte d'Orl?ans onto Avenue de la Porte d'Orl?ans. Continue northwards on Avenue du G?n?ral Leclerc, Avenue de l'Observatoire, Boulevard St Michel, cross Pont St Michel over the Seine, take Boulevard S?bastopol off Place du Ch?telet and turn left onto Boulevard St Denis, turn right onto Rue du Faubourg Montmartre, turn right onto Rue des Martyrs and finally left into Rue Victor.
